10 on 10 February

Rebekah Gough’s 10 on 10 is a wonderful way to help yourself pay attention to the beautiful things in your everyday life.

This 10 on 10 is a little more special than the others because I can’t help but think where I was a year ago today. Laboring at home, at the birthing center, and eventually the hospital, I was in the middle of the 44-hour labor that preceded the birth of my sweet baby boy. So this month’s 10 on 10 is dedicated to him. He turned my world upside down and my heart right-side up. He’s made this the best year of my life… so far!

I got too busy at work, so I really couldn’t do hour-by-hour. But stopping at World Market and JoAnn’s on the way home gave me a ton of inspiration! I’m getting started on a new makeover– this time it’s a whole room. I’ll tell you more about it next week. For now, here’s my day:

Good morning, sunshine

Flower on my finger

At work

Organizing wet bag shipment... pattern overload

Pinwheel turning

I really should have packed my lunch.

World Market display

Coffee sample? Just what I need!

Which one should curtain my windows?

Almost home

How was your day?
